❶Information

장비의 용도 : 특수 제작된 임펠러가 고속으로 회전하면서 소재 (플라스틱, 의료품, 접착제, 무기물, 잉크, 안료, 토너, 식품, 분말야금 등)의 교반 및 배합을 균일하게 혼합하여 주는 용도임

Purpose: Used to uniformly stir and mix materials (plastics, medical products, adhesives, minerals, ink, pigments, toner, food, powder metallurgy, etc.) while a specially designed impeller rotates at high speed.

- Excellent powder mixing, 전자동 운전 가능

- 다단의 하부 Blade가 고속으로 회전하면서 강한 유동을 일으켜 분말이 상, 하 / 좌, 우로 뒤섞여지면서 분말의 균일한 혼합, 분산이 이루어짐, Blade의 교체 또한 용이함

- Powder coating 가능 (분말에 액상 coating이 가능함)

- 짧은 처리 시간 (10분 이내)

- Heaing & Cooling 가능 (Double jacket tank)

- Gas 분위기 사용 가능함

- 세척, 청소 용이하며 진동과 소음이 적음

- 다양한 용량별 Model (최대 1000 L)
